When I go to my Gmail account, the specified email is in my inbox. I have a desktop and a laptop. The accounts and results are the same in both cases. I first read mail in Office and only occaisionally go to the site, which is why I didnrt notice this sooner.

Now you're confusing me more. I have already stated that I am receiving all my mail at my Google account. As far as gmail is concerned, I'm OK. Are you saying that there are filters in gmail that will prohibit mail delivered to my Google Primary folder from being downloaded by Outlook?
