Exclude myself in meetin request

Email Account
Exchange Server
I schedule appointments for staff and select the staff and a conference room, but it also adds myself as an attendee. Makes me look extremely busy :) But I am not part of those meetings - just scheduling them. This didn't happen in 2007, but now using 2010. Ideas ? Help ?
