Hi

I have a clientwitha exchange 2003 server and pc's withwindows 7 and office 2007 installed and outlook not in cached mode.

The issue is if any user clicks on a email he has recieved thatwas sent to say more than 15other recipients it can take upto 20 seconds to open, if they then click reply all itwill then take approx another 20 seconds to bring up the replyemail.

Anyone any ideas apart from putting outlook in cached mode

it sounds like a problem with the address book - outlook is trying to resolve the names in the gal. I don't know if using an offline address book will help or not - since you are using online mode, outlook should always go for the gal (i think).
