I feel like a bit of a moron...I have easily edited my Quick Access Toolbar to have the commands I want in it, but for the life of me, I cannot find the repeat or redo buttons. Is it possible my employer has removed those buttons or commands?

I don't think they removed them but I never looked for them either...

Try Commands not in the ribbon - Redo is an option for the message form (but not for the main Outlook window.)

Update:

They are available in my messages, but not in the home screen of outlook. What I am looking to do is repeat a message to folder move action. See attached.

In 2010, I'd probably use the move to folder button or quick steps....

hmm... there is a redo for the (main window) QAT in Outlook 2013. It's under commands not in ribbon. Weird that they added it back - but unless I'm blind, its not present for the QAT in 2010.
