A 2nd appt xxx days after the 1st

I have a board meeting which falls on the 1st Monday of each month - that's easy. The following Tuesday (the meeting is always 8 days later), which is generally the 2nd Tuesday of the month, there's the general meeting.

The problem arises when the 1st of the month is a Tuesday. Outlook returns the board meeting on Monday 6th, and places the general meeting on the 7th, which is wrong - it should be 14th.

I'm guessing that, given the need to do some checking, this will need some VBA programming which I don't know. Or is there an answer already within Outlook that I have totally overlooked? Thank.

Outlook doesn't have a built in method for dealing with this but you could use VBA - the only problem is that the VBA will create individual appointments, not a single recurring. Create Outlook appointments using multiple recurring patterns - Slipstick Systems
