Hi All,

Another question.

I have, as mentioned elsewhere, imported 15,000 contacts into BCM. Some of the contacts have changed companies, but I want to keep relevant email data stored against their record.

Can I add a 2nd email address and link the old emails to it as well as the primary email address?

I could add the person in again, but don't want details of old and obsolete companies in the database.

If you change the address and other details, anything already linked to the contact *should* stay linked but I would test it with one contact first to be sure. You can test it with one contact doing it your way too but i think the items need linked to the old address first, then the address changed.
