OL giving basic auth when logged in to Win as specific user

I'm getting the basic authentication prompt in Outlook when I try to connect to Ofice365.

I tried creating a new Outlook mail profile and have the same issue.
I created a new user login in Windows and get the modern authentication prompt as expected.

I tried adding these registry entries, but it didn't help

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Exchange
AlwaysUseMSOAuthForAutoDiscover =1

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity
EnableADAL = 1
DisableADALatopWAMOverride = 0
Version = 1


What else can I try to get Outlook to connect under my normal Windows login?
