Outlook client giving undeliverable message

Hi,

Getting undeliverable message while sending emails, please find the screenshot in link for reference.

Renamed the user profile and logged in again but still having the same issue. Please suggest.

Try deleting the outlook profile and also go into windows explorer and c:\users\username\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook and delete the ost and anything in there (this is base on Win7 else on XP it should be c:\documents and settings\username\application data\microsoft\outlook).

Then recreate the Outlook profile. Worse case, delete the Windows profile also.

We were having this happen to several users suddenly. Sometimes it would work if they re-sent the message, especially if they copied/pasted it into a new message instead of into a reply.

The root cause seemed to be a process on the mail server which was degrading the performance of the server. (In our case, Microsoft Forefront Endpoint Protection.) We restarted the service and then our users no longer received this undeliverable message.
