Outlook client not redrawing completely upon restore

I'm having a problem with Outlook 2013 not drawing properly upon restore from being minimized in the system tray. It doesn't always happen, but I have a couple of machines where part of Outlook appears transparent and whatever is behind it shows through.

I'm using Windows 8 with an nvidia video card. Outlook is the only application that I've experienced this issue with. I've attached a screenshot of the issue below. As you can see the outlookforums site shows through the outlook client.
