additional mailbox cannot be removed from an Outlook 2007 clients mailbox

We have two instances of a known issue where an “additional” mailbox cannot be removed from an Outlook 2007 client’s mailbox due to the persistence of the auto-mapping feature. The first was easily corrected by using adsiedit.msc to edit msexchdelegatelistlink on the Exchange 2010 server.

Our issue is with the second “additional” mailbox. The mailbox has been deleted, yet still is listed in the Outlook 2007 folder list. Since the mailbox is gone, the dilemma is that I do not know where to undo the auto-map setting. </SPAN></SPAN>

Well... silly me. They say that time makes everything better and this seems to be no exception. After a few hours, the mailboxes disappeared on their own.
