Hi.
We have a remote office with Outlook 2003 configured to access a 2003 Exchange server in our head office, via a VPN.
Outlook is set for cached mode and this works fine for single mailboxes, with the associated outlook.ost file being stored in a user's profile. However, if we set Outlook to open an addition mailbox (via Advanced tab in More Settings...), then as far as I can tell, it is not cached in an ost file and consequently, is very slow to access.
Can anyone confirm if an additional mailbox can be cached and if so, how to do it?
Thank you.
