Where are the cached emails stored?

Hello,

When I'm using Hotmail Connector with Outlook 2010, where does outlook store the cached emails?

That would be in an *.ost file in the local app data folder. In Windows 7 or 8, it's stored at C:\Users\rst\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook
The shortcut to get the is %localappdata%\microsoft\outlook. Type that in Windows explorer address bar and the folder will open.

How can I change this to another location? I want Outlook to store the cached emails in another folder. When I try to check the file from Outlook it says "inapplicable" and doesn't show me the location.
