Outlook Cached Mode - can't create rules to move email to another mailbox

Hi there,

Outlook 2007/2010

Exchange 2003/2010

I can create rules to move specific email from my Inbox to another user mailbox in Online mode, but if Outlook running in Cached mode, I can't create the same rules with this error "The attempted operation failed. An object could not be found."

Please advise.

Thanks for responding.

Both in Cached mode, I can drag email from my Inbox to the shared mailbox.

And I don't think it's an OAB issue. Tried different user and different Exchange system, same problem.
