Synchronization and taking forever to send

Outlook version:     Outlook 365
Email type or host:    imap

I just got a new computer and put outlook 365 on it. I am using ONE account through migadu.com using imap.
It is forever syncing and will not send email due to constantly syncing.
This account has been used for nothing except setting up the credentials and downloading all emails. The file is pretty big...40 GB

There are NO rules. There is only 1 non-automatically added folder and that's a 'Saved Emails' folder.

Even ending the S/R and immediately going to the outbox and trying to 'send all' does nothing but 'processing'

Please help. Folder count is turned off in send/receive.

Hi Chrisokia, please try the following:

Click on Send/Receive > Send/Receive Groups > Define Send/Receive Groups
- click on Edit, choose your Account
- uncheck “Get folder unread count for subscribed folders”
- enable “Use the custom behavior defined below”
Folder Options:
- only check mark the Inbox folder

Hi, yes I saw a tutorial by Queen Outlook and had already done it. Still doesn't work.
