I have multply computers all with Outlook 2007 installed and set up with my
SBC ISP e-mail. I can recieve my e-mail on only one computer but it never
shows up on the others. Is it because I am not using a server?

No its because you didnt configure your mail account to leave a copy on the
server for xx days - assuming you use pop mail
And if you want to sync mail on multiple PC's you will probably need third
party paid for tools.
You might want to see if your mail providor supports IMAP

A good and cheap (=free) IMAP solution is google apps www.google.com/a
I use it for my private email and it's almost as good as an exchange server
which I use for work.
