Discrepancy in drafts information in multiple computers

Hello, first post and first question :)

I have an organization with Exchange 2010 server and Outlook 2007 clients. We have two users, named "1" and "2" for demonstrative purposes, that access an account named "3@mail.com".

The issue we have is that, although the inbox, sent items, contacts and calendar synchronize in almost real time between "1" and "2", the Drafts folder, is always different. Most times, it's obviously complete on the computer where the message was saved, but incomplete on the second computer, and the said message won't sync properly no matter what we do.

Any ideas?
