I'm not sure if this is the correct category. I manage the IT for a small charity. Someone has recently left (Ann Jones) who had an Exchange account/email of ann.jones@charity.org.uk.
She was replaced by someone new (Jenny Smith) and, to keep continuity, Ann's account was edited to have Jenny's name and new email address. However, when I email Jenny using Outlook I see in the auto complete bit Jenny Smith <Ann> and, if I look at the properties of Jenny's email, in the email addresses section I see (in part) X400;S=Jones;G=Ann;
How do I sort this out to remove/forget the data left over from Ann.
Sorry if this isn't very clear.
Many thanks for any help received
