My current display shows 5 am to 9 pm. When I click up the Outlook calendar I just want to see 7 am to 6 pm but cannot figure out how to accomplish this.

Thanks

The number of hours your see is based on the time scale you use and the size of your window - it starts at the start of your work day as set in File, Options, Calendar and as space allows, shows into the evening hours. If there is more space, it adds morning hours. If using 30 min, try 15 or adjust the task pad at the bottom of the calendar so it takes up more space. Or make the outlook window shorter. when you use the hour scale, it looks like outlook 2010 doesn't follow quite the same rules as older versions and instead of showing all night hours first, adds some in the morning too, so your work day is mostly centered.
