Downgrade from Outlook 2013 to Outlook 2010

I am currently using Outlook 2013 (non-Exchange environment), but will be switching computers to one running Outlook 2010. Is the .PST file from Outlook 2013 compatible with 2010, or is there some kind of conversion necessary to make sure all data is transferred? Thanks in advance.
 
In what way? do you have any error messages?
 
Not any error but when i make rule its working fine but after 48 hours or sometime 24 hours its not working ,
 
Is it disabled in Rules & alerts or just stops working? How does the rule read?
 
just stop , rule is working fine but stop working after 48 hours or sometime 24 hours , i did re-create then its working fine , only 12 or 13 rule i have
