Problem seemed to occur AFTER I downloaded a "coupon printer" required by many coupon sites. So I uninstalled coupon printer & restarted. Didn't help. Other efforts:
Deactivated all Outlook add-ons.
I ran "diagnostics."
Typed APPWIZ.CPL in run field then did a repair install, then restarted PC. Didn't help.
Uninstalled & reinstalled Outlook. Didn't help.
When I open Outlook get the error "M/S Outlook encountered a problem & Needs to close," then "start in safe mode to diagnose problem."
All M/S updates are done automatically but I did go to M/S to be sure. I even when to "custom" and downloaded the non-essential updates. I sure hope someone can help -- this has been going on for days now. Wanted to contact M/S but can't find a support link for Outlook 2007 / Win XP.
