Contact Manager field is empty

Hello All

I would like to ask for your help. We have a new computer but we have a trouble to get BCM work correctly. I can see a remote database I can connect to that database. But when I open BCM in outlook after I click on contact manager a I get an empty window with message: "BCMviewcontact:" as shown on the included picture. We have a database in slovak language version, BCM for outlook is in slovak version too, but we have english windows 7. Does language wersion of OS matter? Under business records i see all items just fine. Other computers are complete slovak and everything is OK both in contact manger and business records sections.
