Outlook favorite folder disappear, how do I retrieve it back?

Hi I on Outlook 2010, one user saying her favorite folder is missing. Is there a way to retrieve it? I select the Mail option, then go to Navigation pane, and select Favorite and it still not there. Any ideas anyone?
