outlook cal for mac changes times of recurring meetings on its own

Outlook 2011 for Mac
Email Account
Exchange Server
This has been going on every time we go to day light savings time. At the work place (using outlook) recurring meetings with multiple participants change their times and eventually take over a slot of multiple hours.
using outlook 2011 for Mac
sync services are turned off
using iphone 4s that syncs via Exchange
This has become a major problem. I expect to know real meeting time for all meetings.
Could not find antything close to a solution yet.
Would love to hear back!!!
 
I'm not familiar with this bug - I wouldn't be surprised if its related to syncing. (Many bugs involving the time zones are caused by syncing.)

Are all events affected or just the appointments within a specific time period?
