How to export *all* fields from Outlook

In trying to clean up from old pst's, checking for old data that has been lost, I've created views with *all* fields and am trying to export them to Excel (for Calendar, Contacts, and Notes). But using the export menu function, only *certain* fields of each can be exported to Excel or csv (Example field that cannot is "In Folder"). Copy/paste from the table view into Excel runs afoul of carriage returns from data in the outlook fields causing the paste to not match columns thereafter. I've looked at a few third-party add-ins, that may export some more fields, but still not all. Any suggestions on how to export all fields without copy/paste problems?? TY.
 
Exporting as CSV usually works for most multiline fields but won't include fields that can't be exported. Otherwise, you'll need to skip fields that have multiple lines or try a custom field (either via a function or a macro) to only include the first line of these fields.
 
Actually, a macro to create a custom field with the line breaks & tabs removed or replaced would probably work the best - you'd still need to use the copy and past method, but you'd get all of the data out (although it might not be as easy to read without line breaks.)
