Cannot import/export Outlook 13

Outlook 2013 64 bit
Email Account
POP3
When trying to import to or export from Outlook 13, it tells me failed...messaging interfaces have returned unknown error.....halp!
 
Diane, apparently I have 2 accounts created here....how do I contact the administrator to delete/consolidate?
 
Sarge USMC is the one I want to keep......I'm a bonehead......sorry for the trouble.
