outlook workflow: automated task generation

I'd like to implement a workflow in outlook that allows me to automate creation of a series of scheduled tasks. Example, Customer requests a service and I always want to generate the same set series of tasks in response. For example:
Task1, Due Day 0: email customer to clarify specifications
Task2, Day 1: email quote
Task3, Day 3: follow up

Does anyone already have VBA code that can do this sort of function?

I also see "The code can be tweaked to create a series of tasks or appointments from an email message ..." Do you have example code where this function could be initiated by email?

I should clarify - I don't want this to happen with every email. How can I selectively trigger the macro from email?

I think this was you select an email, it copies the subject & body and creates the series of tasks.

Whereas with the current macro you create a task then select it and run the macro, you'd select a message and run the macro.

Using the selected message: Create a Task from an Email using a Rule

this shows how to copy and paste the body from a selected message: Create an Outlook Appointment from a Message (it can do tasks too, with a couple of minor changes)

Basically, you'll use the method that creates additional tasks in these macros (changing the object names so they match).
