I'd like to implement a workflow in outlook that allows me to automate creation of a series of scheduled tasks. Example, Customer requests a service and I always want to generate the same set series of tasks in response. For example:
Task1, Due Day 0: email customer to clarify specifications
Task2, Day 1: email quote
Task3, Day 3: follow up
Does anyone already have VBA code that can do this sort of function?
