How to Add AT&T Contacts to Outlook 365

I have Outlook 365. I've added my AT&T (yahoo. email) to Outlook, but I can't find my AT&T contacts. Does anyone know where the AT&T contacts could be?
 
If you added the AT&T/Yahoo as an IMAP or POP email account, then it does not bring in your contacts.

You will have to export them from Yahoo as a CSV file and import into Outlook.

I will assume you meant "how to import them into Outlook as a separate address book". If so,

Create a new PST file.
Create an Outlook Data File (.pst) to save your information - Microsoft Support

Import the CSVs into this new PST (not an existing PST/OST associated with any email account).

If the new PST does not automatically show up in your Folders, you may have to "Open" (add) it.
Open and find items in an Outlook Data File (.pst) - Microsoft Support

This will give you a stand-alone Contacts folder in the new PST.

You can then add this Contacts folder to your Address Book so the contacts in it are available, regardless of which email account you are using at the moment.

So just to be clear — after importing the CSVs into the new PST, I’ll have a completely separate Contacts folder that I can still use in my Address Book, right?
 
Quick smoke test:

Create a new PST.

Manually create a Contacts folder in the PST and add it to your Address Book.
These instructions are for creating a new Contacts subfolder. Just do your "New Folder" from the PST Top Level folder instead.

Open your new Contacts folder.

Create a contact (Home -> New Contact)

Open your Address Book and look for the contact.

If this works, then just do your CSV imports into the that Contacts folder.
