We use SBS2008 which has Exchange 2007 and all users have Outlook 2010. We have BCM2010 installed on all users and would like to be able to enter new contacts from the iPhones into BCM. Each user has two contact folders, "Contacts" and "Personal Contacts" in their Outlook; The Personal Contacts do not synchronize with BCM so they remain independent and not available to everyone elses phone but theirs - this is good. But when someone is out of the office and they make a new contact that they want to add from their phone and make available to everyone elses phones, they enter it into the Contacts folder on their phone and it only makes it back to their Outlook Contacts folder and does not synchronize into the BCM for everyone to see - this is the problem. Am I missing something?
For us to make the newly entered contact available to everyones phone we have to manually move it from the Contacts folder in Outlook to the Business Contacts folder and then let it resync back into the Contacts folder.
Thanks
Paul
