Can't Add User to Assigned to List in a Shared BCM2010

Outlook 2010 32 bit
Email Account
Exchange Server
We have Win7 stations with Office 2010 on all and the BCM database is on a network server 2008, with the BCM network database tool installed. Every user was listed in "Assigned to" drop-down at one time, but one user was deleted somehow and I can not get that user to show back up.

I have used the BCM database wizard and added the user but that user still will not show-up in the "Assigned to:" list.

What am I missing?

Resolved - I removed the user and restarted SQL, then verified the user was removed via another workstation. Then I added the user (via Database tool wizard) and restarted SQL and then looked for user and it was there.

I am pretty sure this is what I did the first time but apparently I did something different this time.
