Hi
A number of hosting companies allow you to download a free copy of Outlook (2007 in my case) when you configure an Exchange based email account. They also give a key, but stipulate that if the exchange email account is subsequently deleted, then Outlook license will not be valid.
This is reference to a post on Fasthosts.[h=3]Outlook Software Licence[/h]This software license is for use with yyyy@xxxx.co.uk only. If you delete this mailbox, the license will not be valid.
I presume they mean that it will keep working, but by the terms of the license you must only use it with this one account to which exchange was originally configured.
