How do I configure Outlook 2010 to automatically receive email ON LAUNCH?

The default is to send etc every 30 minutes - but I do not wish it to do that I wish it to receive emails when I first launch Outlook.

Mailwasher check s my mail before downloading so when that process is complete the Mailwasher launches Outlook which is when I would like to automate the receipt of valid emails.

That needs to be enabled to do a send and receive. Set it to the max - which is 1440 or once every 24 hours. If you shut outlook down at night, it will never check, except at startup.
