How do I configure Outlook 2010 to automatically receive email ON LAUNCH?

The default is to send etc every 30 minutes - but I do not wish it to do that I wish it to receive emails when I first launch Outlook.

Mailwasher check s my mail before downloading so when that process is complete the Mailwasher launches Outlook which is when I would like to automate the receipt of valid emails.
