Automate permamnent delete after x days with exceptions

I wish to create a rule in my sent folder that will delete all emails after x days except those with specific subject. However all I can find are rules were you specify an exact date. The exception email I want to archive after x days.
 
You won't use a rule, you'll use AutoArchive - it can't do specific subjects though. I would probably use a rule to move the specific subjects to a folder as the mail is sent, then use autoarchive to delete the rest as they age.

Otherwise, you could add the do not archive flag to the messages - but i don't see an action in the rules that does that.
