Hello

BCM is still not stable as we would like it to be.
When working online and just navigating and browsing the menus and sections of BCM it will cause Outlook to crash.
The log looks similar to:
Problem event name: CLR20r3
Problem signature 01: outlook.exe

Problem signature 03: 506742d6

Any ideas how to fix it and turn BCM into a pleasant user experience?

Is this your outlook version or BCM? 15.0.4420.1017

Outlook's current version is 15.0.4569 - I'm not sure it will fix this problem though. I'm pretty sure CLRxxx is referencing the net framework.
 
That is the Oulook version. The updates are disabled because of the Label bug.
I'm also suspecting that the net framework is to blame.
What options do I have?
