Outlook Softphone integration

Good day!

In our work we are using Call-center Infinity, which is a client server telefony system. User client Infinity allows you to make a call using a single click hyperlink like SIP:XXXXXXX Infinity:XXXXXXX Call:XXXXXXXX. This functionality is very useful in the browser and work fine.

Is it possible to change the settings for Outlook so that when you click on the button to call (http://hkar.ru/sniU) an Outlook sends a signal and not on Skype but to softphone Infinity? As it is now working in the browser. Maybe there is some kind of external expansion?

Unfortunately not, i need to make call not from tapi (direct call from PBX) but transfer information about making a call to a User softphone
