I recently encountered problems getting my Outlook calendar to synch with my iphone. I spent over 8 hours working with Microsoft (in store and via support call) and another 4+ with Apple. The “result” was a work around that didn’t fix my problem, and I fear it made things worse. I now have multiple calendars in my Outlook, all of them are in an icloud data file and many of them contain valid calendar events/appointments. One of the calendars in my iCloud is my “local” Outlook calendar. If I remove the iCloud data file from my Outlook, the calendar component completely disappears from my Outlook. (I tried this and had to reinstall the iCloud calendars.) I believe the initial problem may have been that my email account was not setup on my phone (iphone 4s) as an Exchange account. I have since setup the email as an Exchange account. Now, I would like to move my “local” Outlook calendar back to Outlook and remove the icloud calendars. How would I go about doing so? (I have Outlook2013 with Windows 7 Professional with Service Pack 1)
 
What type of email account is the calendar in? If Outlook.com or exchange, setting the account up as an exchange account on the iPhone will fix it.

In iCloud folder, switch to a list view, select all and drag or use the move to command to move the appointments to the desired calendar folder. Repeat for contacts and tasks, if they were sucked into iCloud.
