Have used Bluehost for email hosting to coincide with my business domain name for about 3 years. All of a sudden colleagues tell me they cannot send me emails. Response is:

"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
akeane@fabricfinishings.com
The server has tried to deliver this message, without success, and has stopped trying. Please try sending this message again. If the problem continues, contact your helpdesk.
The following organization rejected your message: fabricfinishings.com."

Also . . . My Outlook 2013 email folder hierarchy has disappeared

I'm assuming Monday night is when the problem started... that would explain the bounce messages. I would contact Bluehost.
