Transfer Outlook TextBox Text Into Email Body

Hi,

I would like to use a form to populate email body text.

Is there any way I can create a form in Outlook and have the various TextBoxes transfer to the email body in predetermined places to avoid people having to copy and paste data into an email template and then have to adjust the font, formatting, etc...?

Basically: Label1--->TextBox1 in form and TextBox1 info goes into a specific place in the email body text (or subject line).

you can but it might take a lot of code - and getting it into the right place in the body might be tricky (subject is fairly simple). It would need to be published to the org library to work because you need to have code behind the form.

I don't think i have any forms this complicated to give you as a sample but will look in my stash.
