I have outlook on IMAP. I got a new pc, exported the contacts to a PST file but I cannot import it.
Outlook tells me the location is not found. I used a free pst viewer and the pst has all the contacts I expected so I don't think it's corrupted.
I tried putting the pst in the location of the ost files but it doesn't help, I get the location message.
When I installed Outlook/365 I allowed all the defaults.
 
To be clear ( I never am) I am trying to import contacts.pst from into a new install of outlook. Same program, same everything, new PC
 
I ended up opening an older .pst file for the whole email account, not just contacts, and I dragged all the contacts to the new account.
