Hi all,
I have been having a problems with users that are in offices away from my data center. We have a very generous WAN connection to these offices however. The problem we are seeing is that a user will have Outlook 2007 open and suddenly it will disconnect and ask for a password. You can not reconnect by entering a password, you have to close Outlook and reopen to re-establish with the server. The server is Exchange 2007. Our users are all set to cached mode, automatically detect connection state, logon network security is negotiate authentication, and connect using local area network. Autodiscovery is enabled, and AD is in place.
My apologies if this question has already been asked and resolved, I did do some research but did not see anything that quite looked like our problem.
Thanks,
Tracy
