outlook 2007 Export/Import Distribution lists

Is there a way to export/import a distribution list? The DL members are not in the contacts list; just in the distribution list and the import it into another outlook user's contacts as a DL?
 
Sure use Forward, to internet (or whatever it says exactly) - this will create a text file of the DK. The receipient copies and pastes it into the Members field of their dl form.
