Outlook 200? - Script Export Rules

I am doing a SOE rollout for a large number of desktops/users and have a requirement for a scripted export of users Outlook Rules.

Users can manually go through the process of exporting thier own rules.

I would like the users to execute thier logon script and that will execute a script to use the current Users Outlook settings and export the rules to a file.

If I can import the rules back in, that would be a Bonus.
