I am a first time user of this forum and am hoping someone may be able to help. I work at a school where we have many fortnightly meetings, which I set up as recurring meetings. When we have a holiday that is an odd number of weeks, it throws out all the appointments. Is it possible to tell Outlook to ignore certain weeks so that the recurring meetings stay on track, rather than having to re do all of them when we've had a holiday?
