I have tried virtually all of the applicable solutions to earlier examples of this question (for example, I do not have Norton, so have not tried those, I've closed Office/reopened it, restarted the computer, checked with my ISP, and I have not uninstalled XP and reinstalled it. Want to avoid that). It started just today. Any ideas?
