Outlook slower after BCM

Dear all

Most of the users are complaining that Outlook has become slower after BCM was installed and configured.
It this a known issue?
Are there any options to tweak Outlook and gain some performance?

Missed this one somehow. :) Outlook shouldn't feel slower if you are working in email, but BCM is a slug - outlook will load slower and it feels slower when you switch to the bcm pane. Are they linking and tracking? That might affect it. Otherwise, no, there is not a whole lot you can do but feed it more ram. Oh, and it may feel more sluggish if using a remote database.
