Installed outlook and it says not installed

Outlook 2010 64 bit

I installed outlook on my computer and completed the installation, but when I tried to open it it says outlook is not installed, what is the problem?
 
Did you just installed Outlook or the entire Office suite? Did you check the Control Panel see if you see Office in the Add\Remove programs, also did you check under All Programs?
