RSS export as OPML problem

Hi,
I am collecting RSS feeds and want to export them to an OPML file but entries are missing.
I get an OPML file by file/ .../ Export RSS Feeds to an OPML file. The OPML I get is below:

But when i look at the link in explorer it only shows 200 entries but the RSS folder the export was taken from had over 700. Why do I not see all of them? I can;t find how to get rid of this limit.
Also, when importing the OPML file into outlook I oddly only got 20 returned entries.
Any ideas as to why this is happening please, I am completely stuck!

Are you talking about 700 separate feeds or 700 rss items?

No, i have no idea why it's not importing the feeds - unless you have the other feeds already in outlook or the opml is corrupt.
 
Hi, thanks for replying. There are 700 RSS items in one RSS folder. What I'm trying to do is get all those RSS items in a file so that I can iterate through them in a program. I need the contents of the item and the date/time.
I've repeated creating the OPML and then opening the url in internet explorer and it only shows me 200 RSS items. I am thinking there is an export or viewing limit somewhere but i can't find it.
Any ideas?

The opml doesn't have the items - it has the feeds you are subscribed to. if you need the contents of the folder you can use VBA or if the information you need is visible in fields you can add to the view, you can use table view, copy and paste.

I use a macro to save rss messages in a folder to one text file. it's at http://www.slipstick.com/developer/code-samples/save-email-message-text-file/ - under Save selected messages to a single text file. you'll probably want to delete the write sender and write recipients lines.
