Can Not Subscribing the RSS Feed of Elance Jobs

I can not subscribing the RSS Feed of Elance Jobs on the outlook 2010 version.

Feed URL: https://www.elance.com/r/rss/jobs/cat-it-programming/sct-search-engine-optimization-12515

The link is valid but it is not working on my outlook and showing Outlook can not process the RSS content from https://www.elance.com/r/rss/jobs/cat-it-programming/sct-search-engine-optimization-12515 and the link may not point to valid RSS source.

Please let me know how can I solve this.

It is very important feed for me.
