Problem subscribing to shared calendar

I'm having a big problem with two of nine Outlook 2010 user in an office not being able to subscribe to a specific WebDAV calendar.

User A publishes calendar "HPRS Office Calendar" and invites users B, C and D. Users B and C subscribe, no problem. User D can accept the invitation and the Calendar momentarily appears and is empty, but the calendar does not appear in the list of Shared Calendars at the left (see image). Also, all the checkboxes for the calendars at left show unchecked. If the user check a calendar box, or closes and re-opens Outlook, or selects Mail, then back Calendars, the "HPRS Office Calendar" is gone.

User D has no problem with subscriptions to the calendars for user B (Mark) or user C (Mike). I have sent multiple invitations for user D from user A, no go. I've uninstalled and reinstalled D's Office 2010, then re-invited user D. No go.

I need to solve this problem or user D will not have access to the Office Calendar.

Any ideas what could be wrong and how to fix it?

I did end up solving this problem. I had to delete the email account AND profile and recreate (and reload autocompletes, etc.). I had tried repairing Office, un-installing and reinstalling, deleting and re-adding the account, removing the .pst file ... nothing worked until I deleted the profile.
