newb outlook macro help

I have written lots of macros for word and excel but I cant seem to figure out how to even get started in Outlook 2013. I need to gather some info from a user (I know how to do that), then put that info into various fields of a forwarded draft message (to keep the draft message there as a template) attach a file and send the message.

Can someone point me at some code examples to help me get started? Something simple like how do I select a specific message in my drafts folder, forward it, then set some of its values, send it etc.

Any code examples would be greatly appreciated.
