Hello, we have Exchange server 2010 and all end users are using win7 /outlook 2010. Our company was bought out and are still enduring the migration process, at this time we are using the new company laptops but still access our old Exchange server mailbox's but not authenticated via the domain controller, each user stores the domain credentials locally.
I have 3 users who access a shared mailbox and their own mailbox, and for some reason, after a week or two, one or more of their profiles becomes corrupted and their send mail, from either mailbox will not go out as they can't access the server. the mail still arrives to both mailboxes so they are still resolving to the server. Connection status will reconnect so we know they can still access the server but out going mail goes to their outlook. So I end up saving those emails, rebuilding their profile and then sending the emails from the new profile. This will work for a week or two and then one of their profiles become corrupted again.
We have over 50 people accessing emails this way and about 10 other users are also accessing multiple mailboxes, but not this shared mailbox, but not having this issue. The only thing different about these 3 users is they use attache emails to or into Salesforce.
Any ideas how to prevent this from happening to these three users. I do have log files available if that would help but it appears the error messages and codes are rather generic and don't show what is causing the problem just that there is a problem...
